It was so satisfying to connect the clues and reach the answer! I wasn’t confident in my deduction skills, but the "I did it!" moment made me truly love this genre. I also really liked how all the events were so peaceful, like matching pets with their owners. ✨
(Sorry for any mistakes. I used a translator.)
I played your game in my video here:
I'm glad you enjoyed it! I'm at work on the full game now (currently working on room 9!). If you wishlist Deductopia on Steam, that's a huge help to me!
So excited for all the new stories!!
Great update to the demo! The national park scene did make me lower the difficulty for a second haha. I was really close to getting it perfectly though! I just had one thing wrong.
I've been following the progress of this game since the beginning. Each time a new chapter released I brew a pot of tea and sit down for some truly fun puzzling and deducing. Golden Idol style, but an entirely different vibe and type of story, it scratches the same itch as my favorite puzzle game.
The hand drawn artwork is charming and nostalgic, the stories are clever and funny, and the sleuthing is not too difficult to become frustrating or to need hint. The two options of difficulty levels are perfect.
I will definitely be purchasing the full game on release, I can't play it soon enough! I can't wait to see what this creator makes in the future!
